Firstly, Loder should know the facts of the cases he discusses. He doesn't. There was one settlement made against Jackson's consent by his insurance company. Secondly, Loder pretends he knows facts about the Bashir "documentary" when it, itself has been proven to have been a fabricated hit-piece (complete with insincere and half-apology from Bashir himself).
I Love how people who accuse Michael of horrible crimes never seem to have any kind of real proof!
